Spouses' Tours

Monday, July 16th
On Monday, we will be visiting the Washington State History Museum and Point Defiance Park, Zoo & Aquarium in Tacoma, about 30 miles north of Olympia.

The Washington State History Museum contains exhibits from geology to technology, with interactive exhibits and a well-stocked museum store with reasonably priced Native American and Pacific Northwest crafts and other items.

Point Defiance Park includes several attractions, including a world-class zoo and aquarium, a beautiful drive through a typical Pacific Northwest rain forest, several specialty gardens, a recreated logging camp, a reconstructed Hudson's Bay Company fort, and a walk-through children's fantasy park.
