Be Prepared! A POSITIVE "ATTITUDE" and brings the required* Materials for class.

Negative Attitude and Missing required Materials.

Positive Attitude and Required Materials.

 

Enthusiastic Attitude that Demonstrates "I'm Here to Learn" and shares Materials.

Be Polite! "BEHAVIOR"- Cooperates with the teacher and other students. Abides by school rules and meets classroom expectations.

Uncooperative with teacher or students. Breaks rules. Fails to meet classroom expectations.

Cooperates with teacher and students. Follows rules and meets classroom expectations.

Works with and helps teacher and other students. Is a role model.

Participate!

Follows directions, is on task, and does not disrupt the class.

Fails to follow the directions, is off task, and is disruptive.

Follows the directions, is on task, and is not disruptive.

Helps others to correctly follow the directions, stay on task, and not disrupt the classroom.

*REQUIRED MATERIALS: Something to write with and Paper.


Consequences:

2 +'s = A letter of appreciation to parents.

2 -'s = Time-Out, (i. e. standing up) AND a Phone call to parent/guardian.

3 -'s = Removal from classroom to the counseling center.
