Warm up exercises
Before you start typing, you need to do these stretches. The stretches will take about two minutes to complete. We will do them together as a class to begin with. You can refer to this list as a reminder of all the stretches.
Hi - splayed fingers
Cat Claw - curled fingers
Finger lay back - stretching the fingers back
Wrist bend
Palm massage - using the thumb to massage the palm
Laced finger press
Overhead arm stretch
Elbow stretch - one with elbow around the neck and the other with the elbow next to the ear
Neck stretch - side to side and front to back
