Word tutorial

back to Keyboarding home

Word is a type of software that allows you to create documents. It is one of the most commonly used software. You will have two parts to this tutorial. First, go here and complete this series of slides. Second, create a Word document that has a proper heading and three paragraphs of text (275 word minimum). What is in the text is up to you (for example, it could be a fictional story or an essay on your summer vacation). The page must be free of spelling errors and look good. In this assignment, appearance is as important as content.

(Second quarter keyboarding students will have a different Word document to complete. This document will be created to support a Language Arts assignment).
